Happy Birthday PAPA!!!
The kids found a cake they want me to make for you. It was chosen because of the palm tree. They are obsessed with associating grammie and papa with palm trees and coconuts. The two monkeys are also suppose to be grammie and papa. To them, it is the perfect cake. We miss you and hope you have a wonderful birthday. Love, Marc, April, Kael and Aliyah.

Elder Taukafa really wanted a roast pig for Christmas Dinner.
So, he bought a small pig, butchered it, cleaned it and roasted it on a stick. Other Elders helped him. They took turns turning the stick for three hours. The pig was cooked to perfection. It was very good eatin'. Elder Taukafa is from Australia, but his family is Tongan. He is 6'1'' which is tall for a Tongan.
